The data of parties who do not purchase or use the products/services, even temporarily, despite having had previous contact with representatives of the company or after having tried out a demo version of the software, will be processed for 24 months, where their storage is not otherwise justified, unless informed consent has been properly obtained from the Data Subjects relating to subsequent commercial promotion or market research activity.

In relation to the data collected in the “e-Shark Contact Form” document, the Data Controller will process the data to enable you to evaluate its services and products. Your data will be processed in Italy and will not be transferred to other countries. Your data will be processed for 24 months.

  • be informed of their origin;
  • receive intelligible notification;
